The origin story
“In 2023 I went on a trip to New York, there was so much to do and see. Before long I had 40 tabs open on my laptop. Each activity more appealing than the last. After a few weeks of planning and decisions, I just booked something. It was time to actually take the trip. The plan wasn't perfect in my eyes, but good enough to at least have a good time. In the end, this whole thing kept nagging at me for three years. In April 2026 I finally just started building it myself.”
The problem wasn't that I couldn't find enough. The internet is full of good travel tips. The problem was that I had to piece them together myself, every single time.
I wanted something that could turn a half-formed idea — "New York, one week, not just museums" — into a plan with places that are actually near each other. So a day makes sense and you're not crossing half the city halfway through.
That's what Aithevia does. The key places are checked against an external source first. Whatever we couldn't verify, we leave out.

Premium shouldn't mean exclusive
A personal travel agent used to cost thousands. We think everyone deserves that experience — solo travellers, families, budget backpackers included.

Suppliers fall away
Foursquare cuts its free quota by 95 percent, Amadeus shuts down its portal, Groq turns off the models. Rebuilt three times.

Smaller instead of bigger
Manually checked ninety places by hand. Ten percent turned out to be wrong. Since then, we only show what can be verified externally.

Aithevia is currently a one-person show. And that's intentional.
